Unity Worker you say? What is a Unity Worker?
You've probably heard the term "Lightworker".
A Lightworker is someone who dedicates their life to channeling universal energy and wisdom for the highest good of all beings. During their time in this realm, Lightworkers strive to transcend their ego and commit fully to serving others with love and compassion. Lightworkers are diverse and fill many roles in society. They come from every walk of life, every corner of the earth, every culture, creed, and class. Yet all Lightworkers share several traits in common. Lightworkers are sensitive, intuitive, empathic, compassionate, caring beings. They feel drawn to helping others and serving the greatest good of all beings.
All human beings have the potential to become Lightworkers and many of you reading this probably already are werkin' that light!
You get extra points if you've also heard the term "Shadow worker".
Lightworkers are not always affiliated with "light paths". Light is a relative term for what we seek to embark on others, a good life. Not always is it "light hued". A darkworker or a shadow worker is also a light carrier. He or she helps clear out unwanted baggage in different sections of light working.
You may resonate with the term lightworker, but your energy is also that of a shadow worker. A major part of your life and soul mission is freeing yourself and others from old belief patterns and negative ways of thinking. As a shadow worker you are inherently and intrinsically aware of when something or someone is draining your life force energy and the life force energy of others.
You seemingly can provoke people because you see into their shadows and you mirror their darkness back to them. You do this not from a malicious intent or to harm them, but to teach them and enlighten them. Many shadow workers (and lightworkers) do this simply by existing and may be confused when the same light that drew a person close also repels them as they are unwilling to do their own inner work.
A shadow worker may help with fears of death and vanishing and never existing again. A shadow worker may help with finding out why we're so clumsy all a sudden, as things get buried in between. They can help find conditions and diseases in certain people as well. A lightworker helps us with things like managing our old being, and our new being.
You are transforming in order to bring a new level of stability into your life. As you do this, there is great deal of communication and information coming in that opens your eyes to a new side of life that brings surprises and sometimes shocks. You can feel like your entire outer world is crashing down, but a higher way of looking at yourself is innerstanding that your world is actually collapsing within. This is a necessary process to shed what no longer serves us and the collective so we can merge with our highest timeline.
Both of these are terms - lightworker and shadow worker - are commonly used in the healing, awakening, and spiritual communities and the "werk" that goes along with the individual and collective healing journey.
Additionally, these two terms can promote, condone, or enable polarization, separation, and create challenges like spiritual bypassing or spiritual narcissism.
I believe it is important we come together and help ourselves and others unify. It is an important time to be on Earth doing any kind of healing, helping, or spiritual work - both individually and collectively. It is time to UNIFY!
And so, the concept and term I decided to birth is Unity Worker.
A Unity Worker "works the unity" - just like a light worker "works the light" and a shadow worker "works the shadows". Unity Workers shatter the illusion of separateness and remind us we are all from the same sovereign Source.
Unity Workers embody Unity Consciousness.
So, let's explore the concept of Unity Consciousness.
It's important to inner-stand that everything, I mean every single thing that we experience is born from consciousness. One consciousness: one living, aware, conscious state, that many refer to as ‘Source’, God’, ‘the All Knowing’ or ‘the Divine’, to name a few examples.
This Source is infinite, and contains within it (as a beach contains grains of sand, or as an ocean contains drops of water) every permutation of every potential reality, in the form of Universes, dimensions and all other manifestations of life that are beyond my wildest imaginings of what life could be.
Currently, as members of the human race, we are experiencing the third dimension of one expression of a reality, on a planet called Earth. Earth revolves around the Sun, which is one star amongst many, in a galaxy called the Milky Way.
The dimension that we are currently in, operates through a system of rules called ‘duality’, and within this duality, it appears to each of us that we exist as separate entities. It appears this way, because we accept that it is, on deep, deep levels that are not only cognitive, but levels embedded within us, from eons of conditioning. It is this conditioning that hides the biggest truth of our whole existence, which is that we are this infinite Source consciousness. We are Unity Consciousness. We are not separate at all.
Unity consciousness comes after understanding the nature of oneness.
It comes after making the small (or huge!) and necessary adjustments to our inner perspective, in order to begin to witness our unconscious beliefs in duality, and rise above them. It comes after doing this consistently, recognizing the illusion in waking and sleeping life.
Unity consciousness expands this knowing into feeling, and experiences of oneness, in ways that would currently be deemed unbelievable! It is when our single, localized point of perspective ceases to exist and we can experience life from the perspective of another, as limitations of time and place are no longer there.
Let's explore the 12 main types of Unity Workers (I'm sure there are more than 12, but these are the main ones that come to mind archetypally and you may identify with more than one)

Sometimes the path of a Unity Worker can be lonely and it is important to remember that some souls did not come here to be supported, but rather to be a support system for many. If you have had a challenging life and feel you never had the proper support or love, that is because YOU are the embodiment of love and support that is very needed in this earth realm.
Radical acceptance is needed to allow things to flow naturally forward in whatever way they need to. Say thank you to the lessons and the non-believers. They too were a blessing in disguise. Find the inner strength to shift your power back to you and the sacred work you came here to do as a Unity Worker.
When you heal and awaken yourself time and time again, you enter a new timeline of abundance and anything is possible for you. Keep working on yourself and the omniverse will reward you. Thank you for doing this sacred work with me!
